Terms & Conditions

The rules of the game, on and off the pitch.

1. Agreement

By accessing paktb.ke or booking a pitch at PAKTB Grace Sports Center ("the Venue"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya.

2. Definitions

  • "Booking" — a confirmed reservation of a pitch time slot at the Venue
  • "Session" — the period of pitch usage covered by a Booking
  • "Customer" — any individual or organisation that creates an account or makes a Booking
  • "Staff" — authorised employees of PAKTB Grace Sports Center
  • "Business Customer" — a Customer booking on behalf of a registered Kenyan business

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors may attend sessions under the supervision of a registered adult.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Bookings & Scheduling

  • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only after successful payment or staff approval.
  • Operating hours are 08:00 to 22:00 daily, unless otherwise posted.
  • Each time slot is one hour. Customers must vacate the pitch promptly at the end of their session.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings due to maintenance, weather, or safety concerns. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be issued.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed on the booking page and are in Kenya Shillings (KES).
  • Payment is processed via M-PESA (Safaricom Daraja STK Push). By paying, you authorise the M-PESA prompt on your phone.
  • Pay-at-site may be available for trusted customers at the Venue's discretion.
  • Business Customers may request a formal quotation. Quoted prices are valid for the period stated on the quote.
  • All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT (16%) will be added where applicable once PAKTB Grace Sports Center completes VAT registration.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • More than 24 hours before the session: full refund via M-PESA reversal.
  • 12 to 24 hours before: 50% refund or full credit toward a future booking.
  • Less than 12 hours before: no refund. The booking may be transferred to another person if you notify staff.
  • No-shows: no refund. Repeated no-shows (3 or more) may result in account restrictions.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

7. Venue Rules

All players and visitors must adhere to the following rules while at the Venue:

  • Appropriate football boots or trainers only — no metal studs on artificial turf.
  • No alcohol, drugs, or smoking on the premises.
  • No abusive language, aggressive behaviour, or physical violence. Offending individuals will be asked to leave immediately.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Players participate at their own risk. We recommend personal health insurance.
  • Report any injuries, equipment damage, or safety concerns to staff immediately.
  • Follow all staff instructions regarding pitch usage, equipment, and safety.

8. Academy & Youth Programs

  • Registration for an academy program or camp is an application. A place is confirmed only after our team confirms it with you and, where a fee applies, payment is received.
  • A parent or guardian must register the child and provide accurate details, including any medical condition or allergy relevant to safe participation.
  • Children remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian outside coached sessions. Drop-off and collection times must be observed.
  • By registering, the guardian consents to us processing the child's details to run the program, in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Photography or video for marketing is used only where the guardian gives separate, optional consent at registration; consent may be withdrawn by contacting us.
  • We may remove a child from a session for behaviour that endangers themselves or others, after informing the guardian.
  • Fees, once published, are payable per the terms quoted. Withdrawal and refund terms for programs are as stated at the time of confirmation.

9. Equipment

  • Equipment (balls, bibs, cones) may be issued by staff for the duration of the session.
  • All issued equipment must be returned at the end of the session.
  • Customers are liable for the cost of any equipment that is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.

10. Liability

  • PAKTB Grace Sports Center provides the pitch and facilities in good condition. We are not liable for injuries sustained during play, except where caused by our negligence.
  • We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings on the premises.
  • Customers are liable for any damage they cause to the pitch, facilities, or third-party property.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant booking.

11. Business Customers & Invoicing

  • Business Customers may request formal quotations and invoices.
  • Invoices are generated in compliance with KRA eTIMS requirements.
  • Payment terms for invoiced bookings are as stated on the invoice (default: due on receipt).
  • Late payments may incur a penalty of 2% per month on the outstanding amount.

12. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on paktb.ke — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of PAKTB Grace Sports Center. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

14. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration Act (Cap 49, Laws of Kenya), with the seat of arbitration in Nairobi.
