Structure (45 minutes)
- 8 minutes: Activation and short passing gates.
- 12 minutes: 2v2+2 neutral keep-ball with immediate press on bad touch.
- 15 minutes: Half-court 4v4: press only on trigger (back pass, sideline trap, heavy touch).
- 10 minutes: Conditioned game: bonus goal for regain and finish within 8 seconds.

After each block, ask players: “What was the trigger?” to reinforce tactical recognition.
