Session objective
Prepare a team for match tempo while rehearsing two key attacking patterns.
Structure (60 minutes)
- 10 minutes: Dynamic warm-up + technical touches.
- 15 minutes: Build-up pattern A and B from goalkeeper restart.
- 15 minutes: Set-piece rehearsal (kick-ins, corners, quick free kicks).
- 20 minutes: 5v5 scrimmage with coaching freeze moments.
